Benign Black Soldier Fly larvae can be harvested from food compost into a high protein chicken or poultry feed.
Need:
- Outdoor UV resistant tub w/ lid
- Drainage wire mesh base wrapped in shade cloth.
- >19mm drainage tap and mesh
- ~40mm PVC pipe, elbows, connectors, holesaw and nails/screws.
- Blue plumbers glue for all joints
- Corrugated cardboard and wire
- Tall neck large collection bottle, like a milk bottle.
