Pathway: Wood Slice

As a removable pathway, overtop of underground pipework, wiring, irrigation, etc.

Place: 7m in from boundary.

1. Measure and markup pathway. A standard 1.2m wide footpath (AS 1428.2) allows two people walking past.
2. Slice up old logs, treat slices in linseed oil.
3. Digout and edge a pathway.
4. Lay any drainage, cabling, or piping in pathway trench.
5. Level pathway trench base with sand or gravel and compact.
6. Layout log slices and compact.
7. Refill gaps with either sand, gravel, clay cob. Possibly dust over cement, broom in and wet, to solidify and reduce weeds inbetween
